Great
for Women who are not interested in the hardness of fight
training, or the intensity of Kung Fu training, and yet want
to be challenged, become strong, fit and sharply focused.
Women will still learn the tradition and discipline of being
a Martial Artist, and eventually with the proper attitude
and patience within their training, will even learn the fighting
applications that are hidden within the softness of the dance.
For young girls
who are not interested in Kung Fu training, Tian Xian Dance
is a way for them to learn strength, courage and discipline.
Girls will be encouraged to stay focused and learn to have
the strength of a Martial Artist without using the hardness
of stance training, punching or sparring. |
